Electronic Arts today announced that Def Jam Vendetta has been shipped to retailers across North America. The fighting game, which was developed by AKI, features a roster of more than 40 characters, 12 of whom are Def Jam artists.

DMX, Method Man, Redman, Ludacris, Capone, NORE, Scarface, Ghostface Killah, Joe Budden, Keith Murray, WC, and DJ Funkmaster Flex all appear in Def Jam Vendetta--many of them in their own 3D venues. The artists also figure prominently in the game's soundtrack, which includes a mixture of 18 previously released, new, and exclusive tracks. METAL GEAR SOLID 2

Gotten all kinds of reports from people saying Metal Gear Solid 2, the game for Playstation2 owners to get is out on shelves in a few places. We've seen all the gaming website reviewers slinging their spunk everywhere all excited about the game. As pleasant of an experience as that was... anyone else out there already get it and play it some? I imagine a lot of people around now are just getting home from work with their copies so here's a thread to discuss what you think of it

PlayStation consoles are famous for attracting the kind of gamer that likes to race fast cars around. For them, the release of Gran Turismo 3 is likely to be the most significant event in their lives this year. These new shots show their faith is well founded.

Gran Turismo 3 looks fantastic. From the shafts of light that pick though the tree cover on the forest sections, to the lashing rain that makes the night racing in Tokyo a disaster waiting to happen. The car models are spectacular, and the version we played was very swift indeed.Cynics will argue that GT3 does little that the GT2 didn't. But when it looks this good and moves with more slickness than a thousand Exxon Valdez disasters, you won't mind a bit. Even now Sony are hard at work cramming in the latest car models, so whilst the total number of cars won't get close to the 600 in GT2, what's there will be bang up to date. We'll be running more GT3 shots early next week, so keep eem peeled folks.
